Before requesting support​

Please check these resources first:

Download or installation issues​

Epic controls Fab purchases, downloads, and Epic Games Launcher installation. If you're having trouble downloading Auto Settings or installing it from your Fab Library, use Fab support.

Use the Auto Settings support channels below for plugin usage, configuration, bug reports, and integration questions.

  • Discord - Primary community with public discussions and private support tickets
  • Unreal Forum - Public discussions for non-Discord users
  • Email - Alternative for direct contact

Information to include​

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Unreal Engine version (e.g., 5.4.2)
  • Plugin version (e.g., 2.0.0 - from Edit > Plugins window)
  • Steps to reproduce - Detailed step-by-step instructions
  • Expected vs actual behavior - What should happen vs what's happening
  • Where it occurs - Editor, packaged builds, or both?
  • Example project - Does it reproduce in the example project?
  • Log files - Most recent .log file from ProjectName/Saved/Logs after the issue occurred
  • Error messages - Any relevant error messages or warnings
  • Screenshots/videos - If applicable
