Download or installation issues​

Epic controls Fab purchases, downloads, and Epic Games Launcher installation. If you're having trouble downloading Auto Settings, installing it from your Fab Library, or accessing a purchased product, use Fab support.

Use the Auto Settings support channels below for plugin usage, configuration, bug reports, and integration questions.

Information to include​

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Unreal Engine version (e.g., 5.4.2)
  • Plugin version (e.g., 2.0.0 - from Edit > Plugins window)
  • Steps to reproduce - Detailed step-by-step instructions
  • Expected vs actual behavior - What should happen vs what's happening
  • Where it occurs - Editor, packaged builds, or both?
  • Example project - Does it reproduce in the example project?
  • Log files - Most recent .log file from ProjectName/Saved/Logs after the issue occurred
  • Error messages - Any relevant error messages or warnings
  • Screenshots/videos - If applicable
